ICFO-The Institute of Photonic Sciences was created in 2002 by the government of Catalonia and the Technical University of Catalonia as a center of research excellence devoted to the science and technologies of light with a triple mission: to conduct frontier research, train the next generation of scientists, and provide knowledge and technology transfer.

ICE, the conference series on quantum information in Spain, provides a
gathering for discussion to researchers working in quantum information
science and technologies in Spain, and is also open to any researcher working
in the field. The fifth edition will take place in Barcelona on 27-31 May
2019 and will be organized by ICFO. The invited speakers for this edition
